Owner’s Representative As the “owner’s representative” NCSG represents the best interest of the owner from the start of the planning, design and construction phases. As the owner’s representative, we’ll oversee the design process, project budgeting, contractor bidding, construction activities, monitoring of timelines and the project close-out.
